319 Dale Avenue was acquired from The Rescue Mission of Roanoke through TAP’s Land Bank in November 2024. Located in the Belmont Historic District, this circa 1900 Queen Anne home is in need of significant restoration after years of vacancy and a fire in 2023. Construction began in Fall 2025 to create two Permanent Supportive Housing units serving formerly homeless individuals or couples. The project is slated for completion in Fall 2026.
