410 Bullitt Avenue was acquired through TAP’s Land Bank in November 2025. Located in the Belmont Historic District, this circa 1915 Colonial Revival home is in need of significant restoration after years of vacancy and a small fire. This will be Restoration Housing's sixth project in Belmont. Restoration Housing envisions two family-sized units once complete. Construction is slated to begin in Fall 2026.
