The Preserve Campaign

Preserving History, Serving Community

September 19, 2024 through October 17, 2024

Please join Restoration Housing and Presenting Sponsor Pinnacle Financial Partners for the 2024 Preserve Campaign – Preserving History, Serving Community as we celebrate a #DecadeOfDifference by recognizing the people and projects that have made Restoration Housing what it is today.  The campaign consists of a ticketed luncheon as well as virtual content available through online platforms.

This is Restoration Housing’s main fundraiser of the year, providing necessary financial support and exposure to fulfill our mission, with our biggest annual fundraising goal to date – $100,000!  Your support is what makes our work possible by funding the pre-development planning, construction management, and long-term stewardship of our historic properties as well as the care and oversight of our tenants.

Lend your support to the Preserve Campaign and be a part of the solution.  All gifts, no matter size, will help us grow our capacity to serve!

Our Preserve Luncheon returns Thursday, September 19 with an engaging presentation by Asa Eslocker that will explore the projects and people who have made Restoration Housing as we celebrate 10 years of making a difference in Roanoke’s under-resourced neighborhoods. Mr. Eslocker is a landscape architect, urban designer, journalist, documentary filmmaker, and Emmy-winning Investigative Producer through his work with ABC News. As Director of Strategic Design & Communication at Renaissance Planning, Asa specializes in weaving storytelling, graphic design, videography, and his multidisciplinary background to address complex urban planning challenges and solutions. We are excited for him to tell the story of Restoration Housing through the lens of our staff, tenants, contractor, and community leaders both as our keynote speaker and videographer.
